this was a customized piece that turned out exactly as requested. Fit is good even without being measured. I receive compliments on it everywhere I go! The best thing is I can wear the hat without messing up my hair. it goes on over a bun easily or I can ponytail and put on the hat before making the bun. It is warm enough for the cold weather but also comfortable to keep on indoors. mostly covers ears but allows for wearing earrings, also a plus. Shipping was easy, as I picked it up person.
