Description
This Kudu painting is the second in the antelope painting series. It features hexagon shapes because I’ve been enjoying learning about the space efficiency of hexagons in bee hives. The fruits in the painting are oranges and the flowers are clematis, simply because they felt right. I highly enjoy placing animals and plants together in paintings that are not normally found together in nature because it presents an opportunity to view the way they compliment each other in a way that may not otherwise be seen. The kudu reminds me of how many amazing creatures there are in the world for us to enjoy!
